Standard production typically takes 10 to 16 weeks. However, we offer rush order options if you are getting married sooner. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before your wedding date to allow time for shipping and final local alterations.

Yes, customization is our specialty. You can request changes to the neckline, sleeve length, train length, or even combine elements from two different styles. Please contact our stylists to discuss your vision.
How do I choose the correct size?
We highly recommend being measured by a professional tailor. Compare your bust, waist, and hip measurements to our size chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size as it is easier to take a dress in than let it out.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury gowns worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.
What is your return policy for wedding gowns?
Since our dresses are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
