Initiate Your Request
Contact our bridal support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it arrives back in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
